So when you Create your Gmail account so then follow the below steps.
- Go To Blogger.com
- Login with your Gmail user name and password.
- Click On Continue To Blogger
- Click on Create A Blog.
- Choose Title For Your Blog.
- Choose Address For Your Blog.
- Select a Template, You can Change it Later.
- And Finally click on Create Blog.
